Sec. 53.101. PURPOSE OF DISTRICT. Fresh water supply districts may be created to conserve, transport, and distribute fresh water from any sources for domestic and commercial purposes. Acts 1971, 62nd Leg., p. 407, ch. 58, Sec. 1, eff. Aug. 30, 1971.
