Sec. 55.197. SELLING SURPLUS WATER. The district may sell to any person who owns or uses land in the vicinity of the district any surplus district water for use in irrigation or for domestic or commercial uses. Acts 1971, 62nd Leg., p. 447, ch. 58, Sec. 1, eff. Aug. 30, 1971.
