Definitions

Sec. 58.001. DEFINITIONS. In this chapter: (1) "District" means an irrigation district. (2) "Board" means the board of directors of a district. (3) "Director" means a member of the board of directors of a district. (4) "Commissioners court" means the commissioners court of the county in which a district or part of a district is located.
