Sec. 6.108. POWER TO PURCHASE INSURANCE. The board may purchase for its members, appointees, and employees and pay premiums on liability insurance in any amounts and from any insurers the board considers advisable. Added by Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 1021, Sec. 1, eff. Aug. 30, 1993.
