Sec. 60.117. BONDS AS INVESTMENTS. Bonds authorized and issued under this subchapter are legal and authorized investments for life insurance companies authorized to do business in Texas. Acts 1971, 62nd Leg., p. 110, ch. 58, Sec. 1, eff. Aug. 30, 1971.
