Sec. 61.076. COMMISSIONER'S BOND. Each commissioner shall execute a good bond for $1,000, payable to the county judge for the use and benefit of the district and conditioned on the faithful performance of his duties. Acts 1971, 62nd Leg., p. 110, ch. 58, Sec. 1, eff. Aug. 30, 1971.
