Sec. 63.096. COMMISSIONER'S OATH. Each commissioner shall subscribe an oath of office containing the applicable conditions provided by law for members of the commissioners court. Acts 1971, 62nd Leg., p. 110, ch. 58, Sec. 1, eff. Aug. 30, 1971.
