Sec. 63.103. DEPUTY'S BOND. The assistant or assistants to the assessor and collector appointed by the commission may or may not be required to furnish bond with conditions similar to those required of the assessor and collector. Acts 1971, 62nd Leg., p. 110, ch. 58, Sec. 1, eff. Aug. 30, 1971.
