Appeal From Order of Commission

Sec. 65.023. APPEAL FROM ORDER OF COMMISSION. A city or a person who appeared in person or by attorney and offered testimony for or against the creation of the district, may appeal from the order of the commission authorizing or refusing the creation of the district. The appeal must be made within 30 days after the entry of the order. Added by Acts 1983, 68th Leg., p. 2448, ch. 435, Sec. 4, eff. Aug. 29, 1983.
