10-1-204. Registration as a local government entity.
(1) Each municipality shall register and maintain the municipality's registration as a local government entity, in accordance with Section. 67-1a-15 The municipal recorder shall register and maintain the registration on behalf of the municipality.
(2) A municipality that fails to comply with Subsectionor Sectionis subject to enforcement by the state auditor, in accordance with Section. (1) 67-1a-15 67-3-1
