10-2-607. Notice of election.
If the county legislative bodies find that the resolution or petition for consolidation and their attachments substantially conform with the requirements of this part, the county legislative bodies shall, for at least four weeks before the day of the election, publish notice of the election for consolidation, as a class A notice under Section, for each municipality that would become part of the consolidated municipality.
