10-2-905. Municipal boundary adjustment effect on local districts and special service districts.
Except as provided in Sectionand Subsection 17B-1-502(2), the adjustment of a boundary shared by municipalities does not affect the boundaries of:
(1) a local district under Title, Limited Purpose Local Government Entities -- Special Districts; or 17B
(2) a special service district under Title, Special Service District Act. 17D, Chapter 1
