10-7-87. Cities authorized to contract with constables.
(1) A city may contract with a constable to provide services described in Title, Constables, the same as if the city were a county. 17, Chapter 78, Part 6
(2) A constable that is contracted with a city shall comply with the provisions of Title, Constables, in regard to the city the same as if the city were a county. 17, Chapter 78, Part 6
