11-13-216. Term of agreements.
(1) Except as provided in Subsectionsand, each agreement under this chapter shall extend for a term not to exceed 50 years. (2) 11-13-204(3)
(2) Subsectiondoes not apply to an agreement to which: (1) a project entity is a party; an electric interlocal entity is a party; or an energy services interlocal entity is a party.
