11-13-401. Application.
(1) Except as provided in Subsection, and notwithstanding any other provision of law, this part applies to a governing authority created under this chapter. (2)
(2) This part does not apply to: a taxed interlocal entity, as defined in Section; or 11-13-602 a project entity.
