11-13-525. Increase in appropriations for operating and capital budget fund -- Notice.
(1) The total budget appropriation of a fund described in Sectionmay be increased by resolution of the governing board at a regular meeting, or special meeting called for that purpose, if written notice of the time, place, and purpose of the meeting has been mailed or delivered to all members of the governing board at least five days before the day of the meeting. 11-13-524
(2) The notice may be waived in writing or verbally during attendance at the meeting by a member of the governing board.
