11-17-3.5. Utah Inland Port Authority and Military Installation Development Authority governed by chapter.
The Utah Inland Port Authority, created in Section, and the military installation development authority, created in Section, are subject to and governed by the provisions of this chapter to the same extent as if the Utah Inland Port Authority and military installation development authority, respectively, were a municipality.
