11-46b-101. Definitions.
As used in this chapter:
(1) "Livestock" means cattle, sheep, goats, swine, horses, mules, poultry, or domesticated elk as defined in Section. 4-39-102
(2) "Political subdivision" means: a municipality as defined in Section; or 10-1-104 a county, as it relates to the regulation of livestock in the unincorporated area of the county.
