11-55-102. Definitions.
As used in this chapter:
(1) "Board" means the same as that term is defined in Section. 63A-3-106
(2) "Board member" means the same as that term is defined in Section. 63A-3-106
(3) "Municipality" means the same as that term is defined in Section. 10-1-104
(4) "Political subdivision" means a county, municipality, school district, limited purpose local government entity described in,, or, or an entity created by an interlocal agreement adopted under, or any other governmental subdivision or public corporation.
