11-70-503. Public meeting to consider and discuss draft project area plan -- Notice -- Adoption of plan.
(1) The board shall hold at least one public meeting to consider and discuss a draft project area plan.
(2) Before holding a public meeting under Subsection (1), the board shall give notice of the public meeting: to each taxing entity, at least 10 days before the public meeting; and for the project area, as a class A notice under Section, for at least 10 days before the public meeting. 63G-30-102
(3) Following consideration and discussion at a public meeting under Subsection (1), and any modification of the project area plan under Subsection, the board may adopt the draft project area plan or modified draft project area plan as the project area plan. 11-70-501(4)(b)
