11-70-704. Fairpark district chief financial officer is a public treasurer -- Certain fairpark district funds are public funds.
(1) The fairpark district's chief financial officer: is a public treasurer, as defined in Section; and 51-7-3 shall invest the fairpark district funds specified in Subsection (2) as provided in that subsection.
(2) Notwithstanding Subsection, appropriations that the fairpark district receives from the state: 63E-2-110(2)(a) are public funds; and shall be invested as provided in Title 51, Chapter 7, State Money Management Act.
