11-73-101. Definitions.
As used in this chapter:
(1) "Incarcerated individual" means an individual who is confined in a prison, jail, or other correctional facility.
(2) "Local government" means a political subdivision of the state, including: a county, city, town, school district, special district, or special service district; an agency or office of a political subdivision of the state; or an official or employee of: a political subdivision of the state; or an entity described in Subsectionor.
