13-25a-111. Exemptions.
Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter, Sectionsanddo not apply toa person who holds and acts within the scope of a license or registration:
(1) under Title 31A, Insurance Code;
(2) issued by the Division of Real Estate established in Section; or 61-2-201
(3) issued by the National Association of Securities Dealers.
