15A-1-402. Definitions.
As used in this part:
(1) "Division" means the State Fire Marshal Division created in Section. 53-7-103
(2) "Legislative action" includes legislation that: adopts a State Fire Code; amends a State Fire Code; or repeals one or more provisions of a State Fire Code.
