15A-3-201. General provision.
(1) The amendments in this part are adopted as amendments to the IRC to be applicable statewide.
(2) The statewide amendments to the following which may be applied to detached one- and two-family dwellings and multiple single-family dwellings shall be applicable to the corresponding provisions of the IRC: IBC under; Part 1, Statewide Amendments to International Building Code IPC under; Part 3, Statewide Amendments to International Plumbing Code IMC under; Part 4, Statewide Amendments to International Mechanical Code IFGC under; Part 5, Statewide Amendments to International Fuel Gas Code NEC under; and Part 6, Statewide Amendments to National Electrical Code IECC under.
