17-65-101. Definitions.
As used in this chapter:
(1) "Architect-engineer services" means those professional services within the scope of the practice of architecture as defined in Section, or professional engineering as defined in Section. 58-3a-102 58-22-102
(2) "Finance officer" means the same as that term is defined in Section. 17-63-101
(3) "Interim vacancy period" means: for a county commission form or expanded county commission form of government, the period of time that: begins on the day on which a general election described in Sectionis held to elect a commission member; and 17-66-202 ends on the day on which the commission member-elect begins the commission member's term; or for a county executive-council form of government, the period of time that: begins on the day on which a general election described in Sectionis held to elect a county executive; and 17-66-202 ends on the day on which the county executive-elect begins the county executive's term.
