17-68-505. Juvenile proceedings.
For a proceeding involving an offense committed by a minor as defined in Section, a public prosecutor shall:
(1) review cases in accordance with; and Title 80, Chapter 6, Juvenile Justice
(2) appear and prosecute for the state in the juvenile court of the county.
