17-79-208. Hearing and notice for petition to vacate a public street.
(1) For any petition to vacate some or all of a public street or county utility easement, the legislative body shall: hold a public hearing; and give notice of the date, place, and time of the hearing, as provided in Subsection. (2)
(2) At least 10 days before the public hearing under Subsection, the legislative body shall ensure that the notice required under Subsectionis: (1)(a) (1)(b) published for the county, as a class A notice under Section, for at least 10 days; 63G-30-102 provided to the owner of each parcel that is accessed by the public street or county utility easement; and mailed to each affected entity.
