17-79-604. Termination of a billboard and associated rights.
(1) A county may only require termination of a billboard and associated rights through: gift; purchase; agreement; exchange; or eminent domain.
(2) A termination under Subsection,,, orrequires the voluntary consent of the billboard owner. (1)(a) (b) (c) (d)
(3) A termination under Subsectionrequires the county to: (1)(e) acquire the billboard and associated rights through eminent domain, in accordance with, except as provided in Subsectionsand; and Title 78B, Chapter 6, Part 5, Eminent Domain 17-79-605(2)(f) (h) after acquiring the rights under Subsection, terminate the billboard and associated rights.
