17-79-811. Provisions applicable to a provider of culinary or secondary water.
A provider of culinary or secondary water that commits to provide a water service required by a land use application process is subject to the following provisions the same as if the provider were a county:
(1) Subsectionsand (6); 17-79-804(5)
(2) Section; 17-79-805
(3) Section; and 17-79-812
(4) Section. 17-79-813
