17-80-102. Applicability.
(1) The provisions of, County Land Use, Development, and Management Act, apply to this chapter. Chapter 79
(2) The definitions in Sectionare in addition to the definitions in Section, except that if there is any conflict between a definition in this chapter and a definition in, County Land Use, Development, and Management Act, the definition in this chapter prevails in regard to the provisions of this chapter. 17-80-101 17-79-102 Chapter 79
