17B-1-608. Tentative budget and data -- Public records -- Notice.
(1) The tentative budget adopted by the board of trustees and all supporting schedules and data are public records.
(2) At least seven days before adopting a final budget in a public meeting, the special district shall: make the tentative budget available for public inspection at the special district's principal place of business during regular business hours; except to the extent provided in Subsection, publish the tentative budget, as a class A notice under Section, for at least seven days.
