17C-3-101.2. Applicability of chapter.
This chapter applies to an economic development project area that is effective:
(1) before May 10, 2016; or
(2) before September 1, 2016, if an agency adopted a resolution in accordance with Sectionbefore April 1, 2016. 17C-3-101.5
