17C-5-102. Applicability of chapter.
This chapter applies to a community reinvestment project area that:
(1) an agency created on or after May 10, 2016; and
(2) an agency, that has entered into an interlocal agreement and levies a property tax under, created for a cooperative development project or an economic development project as those terms are defined in Section. Chapter 1, Part 10, Agency Taxing Authority 17C-1-1001
