17D-3-305. Setting the date of nomination of the board of supervisors -- Notice requirements.
(1) The commission shall set the date of the nomination of members of the board of supervisors of a conservation district.
(2) The commission shall publish notice of the nomination day described in Subsection: (1) for the conservation district, as a class A notice under Section, for four weeks before the day of the nomination; and 63G-30-102 in accordance with Section, for four weeks before the day of the nomination. 45-1-101
(3) The commissioner shall appoint the board of members by no later than six weeks after the date set by the commission for the close of nominations.
(4) The notice required under Subsectionshall state: (2) the nomination date; and the number of open board member positions for the conservation district.
