(1) Subject to Subsectionsand, if the division director receives an application described in Section, the applicable division director shall approve or deny an application within 120 days of the date on which the applicable division director receives the complete application. (2) (3) 19-15-201
(2) The division director may, based on extraordinary circumstances, and without the concurrence of the applicant, extend the deadline described in Subsectionfor a reasonable period not to exceed 30 days.
