19-3-321. Exemptions.
This part does not apply to interim storage of nuclear waste if:
(1) the waste: is produced from a project authorized by the United States Department of Energy; is from a test reactor; and is produced at a facility owned by the state; and
(2) the project described in Subsectionis permitted and licensed by the division under this title. (1)(a)
