19-6-1308. Annual report.
(1) Beginning July 1, 2028, the division shall submit a report, before November 30 of each year, to the: Public Utilities, Energy, and Technology Interim Committee; and Natural Resources, Agriculture, and Environment Interim Committee.
(2) The report described in Subsectionshall include: (1) the fees and fee amounts set by the board under this part; the fee revenue generated under this part; information on the amount of solar panel waste entering landfills in the state; any program for solar panel waste disposal and recycling that the division has implemented or assisted in; and any recommendation by the division for legislative action regarding solar panel waste disposal.
