20A-3a-201. Voting methods.
(1) A voter may vote as follows: by mail; at a polling place during early voting hours; at a polling place on election day when the polls are open; if the voter is an individual with a disability, by voting remotely, via a mechanical ballot or via electronic means if approved by the election officer; electronically or via a federal write-in absentee ballot if the voter is a covered voter, as defined in Section; or 20A-16-102 by emergency ballot, in accordance with.
