20A-3a-605. Exemptions from early voting.
(1) This part does not apply to an election of a board member of a special district. Notwithstanding Subsection, a special district may, in the special district's discretion, provide early voting in accordance with this part for election of a board member. (1)(a)
(2) Notwithstanding the requirements of Section, a municipality of the fifth class or a town as described in Sectionmay provide early voting as provided under this part for: 20A-3a-601 10-2-301 a municipal primary election; or a municipal general election.
(3) A municipality is not required to conduct early voting for the election.
