20A-5a-210. Certification of county candidates for regular general election -- Ballot propositions.
(1) A county clerk shall publish for the county, as a class A notice under Section, for 30 calendar days, the notice described in Subsection: 63G-30-102 (2) no earlier than the first business day that is at least two calendar days after the day on which the lieutenant governor provides the notice described in Sectionto the county clerk; and 20A-5a-209 no later than the second business day in September.
(2) The notice required under Subsection: (1) shall include the portion of the notice, provided to the county clerk by the lieutenant governor under Section, relating to races in which a resident of the county may vote; 20A-5a-209 shall include all candidates who have qualified for placement on the regular general election ballot in the county for county office or local school board office; shall, in accordance with Sectionsand, include instructions on how the names of candidates will appear on the regular general election ballot; and 20A-6-109 20A-6-110 shall include information on local ballot propositions that have qualified for placement on the ballot.
