20A-5a-401. Uniform Military and Overseas Voting Act notice requirements relating to multiple election types.
(1) Except to the extent otherwise provided in Section, no later than 100 calendar days before an election, an election officer shall comply with the notice requirements described in Section. 20A-16-502 20A-16-502
(2) Except to the extent otherwise provided in Section, no later than the last business day that is at least 45 calendar days before the day of an election, an election officer shall comply with Subsection. 20A-16-403 20A-16-403(1)
