20A-5a-402. Uniform Military and Overseas Voting Act notice requirements relating to regular general elections only.
(1) No later than 60 calendar days after the day of a regular general election, a county clerk shall submit the report described in Subsection. 20A-16-202(1)
(2) No later than 90 calendar days after the day of a regular general election, the lieutenant governor shall submit the report described in Subsection. 20A-16-202(2)
