23A-3-216. Guide and Outfitter Fund.
(1) There is created an expendable special revenue fund known as the "Guide and Outfitter Fund."
(2) The Guide and Outfitter Fund shall consist of: revenue from fees collected under Section; 23A-4-1202 money appropriated by the Legislature; and interest, dividends, or other income earned on fund money.
(3) The Division of Law Enforcement within the department shall use the money in the Guide and Outfitter Fund to administer Chapter 4, Part 12, Guide and Outfitter.
