23A-8-203. Beaver damage -- Authorization to kill or trap.
(1) When it is apparent that beaver are doing damage to, or are a menace to, private property, a landowner or tenant may request authorization to kill or trap the beaver.
(2) The Wildlife Board may grant authorization described in Subsectionunder conditions prescribed by the Wildlife Board. (1)
