26B-3-1112. Violation of other laws.
(1) The provisions of this part are: not exclusive, and the remedies provided for in this part are in addition to any other remedies provided for under: any other applicable law; or common law; and to be liberally construed and applied to: effectuate the chapter's remedial and deterrent purposes; and serve the public interest.
(2) If any provision of this part or the application of this part to any person or circumstance is held unconstitutional: the remaining provisions of this part are not affected; and the application of this part to other persons or circumstances are not affected.
