26B-4-210. Severability clause.
(1) If any provision of this title or Laws of Utah 2018, Third Special Session,or the application of any provision of this title or Laws of Utah 2018, Third Special Session,to any person or circumstance is held invalid by a final decision of a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions of this title and Laws of Utah 2018, Third Special Session,remain effective without the invalidated provision or application.
(2) The provisions of this title and Laws of Utah 2018, Third Special Session,are severable.
