26B-4-516. Standing prescription drug order issued by the department.
(1) The department may only issue a standing prescription drug order if the prescription: is limited to a clearly defined clinical indication; is for a diagnosis for which the medication has been approved by the federal Food and Drug Administration; and is clinically appropriate.
