26B-5-801. Definitions -- Creation of committee -- Membership.
(1) As used in this part, "committee" means the Utah Behavioral Health Policy Review Committee created in this section. There is created within the department the Utah Behavioral Health Policy Review Committee, which serves under the direction of the Utah Behavioral Health Commission created in Section. 26B-5-702
(2) The department, in consultation with the Behavioral Health Commission, shall make rules in accordance with Title 63G, Chapter 3, Utah Administrative Rulemaking Act, to establish the members of the committee.
