31A-22-1012. Workers' compensation insurance availability.
(1) In accordance with, the department shall make rules to monitor the following related to employers who can only obtain workers' compensation insurance pursuant to Sectionbecause of an underwriting standard or guideline described in Subsection: Title 63G, Chapter 3, Utah Administrative Rulemaking Act 31A-22-1001 (2) the number of employers; the type of employers; the underwriting standard or guideline that causes the employer to obtain workers' compensation under Section; or 31A-22-1001 similar information to the information described in Subsectionsthrough. (1)(a) (c)
(2) An underwriting standard or guideline described in Subsectionincludes a standard or guideline regarding: (1) premium size; class code and risk characteristics; payroll and loss experience; another factor identified by the department; or a combination of the factors listed in Subsectionsthrough.
